Project Description
This contemporary open-plan home was constructed using a SIP frame with a K render external façade. Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery was installed, with mechanical and electrical services designed for low noise levels, ensuring the acoustic rating was a success.
Triple glazing aluminium windows were installed guaranteeing low heat loss and the design ensured high air-tightness standards.
Exceptionally high standards and quality management systems were maintained throughout construction ensuring the success of this build. We worked closely with the clients to ensure that their preferred suppliers and subcontractors were managed to ensure the high level of finish and completion of works in line with the programme.
