Project: Sozo Ministries Conference Hall
Project Description:
This design and build project comprised of the construction of a new conference hall and works to the associated offices which were part of a listed building.
The steel frame structure was clad with brickworks and some partial cladding. Curtain wall screening formed part of the works along with high level of internal finishes.
The building required extensive external works, new roof, new extension, and removal of large structural elements. The project required careful coordination and due to its terraced nature, its neighbouring properties required party wall agreements, which were all coordinated by Darcy.
The building was successfully handed over with the client on-time and within budget.
