Darcy Construction delivered a multi-phase structural and fit-out development for Sozo Ministries in Awbridge near Romsey, Hampshire. Procured under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor’s Design 2016, the scope comprised £795k in structural works and £325k in detailed fit-out works.
The project involved constructing a new steel-framed conference hall clad in brickwork and partial cladding, complete with modern curtain wall screening. In addition, extensive works were carried out on neighboring listed office buildings, including a new roof, structural extensions, removal of major load-bearing elements, and formal party wall agreements for terraced structures.
