Darcy Construction was appointed under a £300k JCT Design and Build contract to deliver a new specialist day service building at the QE2 Activity Centre, located in Manor Farm Country Park, Hampshire. Designed by Studio Four Architects, the project comprised the demolition of an existing staff building and the design and construction of fit-for-purpose accommodation for one of the centre’s three Day Services.
The new facility provides a modern classroom complete with dedicated kitchen and toilet amenities, offering significantly enhanced accessibility and tailored accommodation for service users.
