The brief
Landmark Estates appointed Darcy Construction to reconfigure and extend Holly Hill in Hampshire, converting an existing 16-unit layout into 12 apartments.
Scope of works
- Structural reconfiguration, extension and new internal layouts.
- Party wall works and improvements to fire and acoustic compartmentation.
- Replacement windows, roof repairs, soffits and fascias.
- Apartment interior fit-out.
The outcome
The completed scheme provides 12 modern apartments within the reworked building. Darcy worked with Hurrell Architects on this commercial residential development.
