We can provide either a design and build or turnkey service dependent on your needs. From small works of £10k – £250k, to multi-million pound builds, we have vast experience in projects of varying nature.

Our sub-contractors have been working with us for years, and are trusted colleagues who help ensure we deliver your project to your specific requirements. 

Some of our key services include:

• Dedicated Project Team with experienced and fully qualified management and commercial skillset
• Detailed monthly cost reporting 
• Client design making schedule issued to allow Clients and Design Teams to plan their choices
• Materials scheduled by Project Team and ordered by site managers, whilst procured by Head office to minimise delays or excessive materials left on site
• Monthly progress meetings with Design Team using Powerproject for updated programming
• Cashflows undertaken and updated to allow Clients to budget and draw funds as and when required
• In house interiors design team to help complete or make choices with option of mood and sample boards for any specialist finishes required
• Bespoke soft furnishings and specialist joinery companies available
• Final snagging and inspection meetings to ensure finishes are to everyone’s satisfaction
