Project Description

The project comprised of the change of use and conversion of a care home into 9 residential apartments, including internal and external alterations.

• City location with no site compound facilities.
• Logistically challenging with licences required for works.
• Great improvement to EPC rating with new aluminium windows to rear elevation.
• Additional insulation in walls and roof throughout.

As a developer client on a very tight timeline and budget, we were able to work with them to achieve a staggered handover of apartments to allow the client to market flats through the Covid-19 pandemic.
